General Introduction:
The 42BYGHM series Hybrid Stepper Motor rotates only 0.9°at a time. This makes it suitable for use in applications where precise positioning is required.
Both the rotor and stators are made of iron sheets that are stacked and riveted together by high-precision, double-rotation progressive punching machine. This ensures precision and the consistency of the motor armatures while maintaining the step angle accuracy of +/-5% for the complete Stepper Motor.
The motor body length ranges from 34mm to 38mm, and the holding torque can reach as much as 0.48N.m. Custom windings and outleads are also available for OEM applications.
